Strauss & Co ensures art enthusiasts worldwide stay connected with new upgraded highly personalised mobile-friendly website
A mobile phone is all that art enthusiasts anywhere in the world need to follow Strauss & Co’s online and live auctions when they launch their new upgraded website this week.
Designed for people on the move, the fast, new, mobile-friendly Strauss & Co website will be much simpler to use through vastly improved and highly responsive functionality which include personalised features to keep users constantly up to date.
“Whether at your desktop, tablet or phone, the new website is designed for quick and easy browsing. Even better, you will be able to receive personal notifications and updates to keep you informed about items that particularly interest you,” says Alastair Meredith, art specialist at Strauss & Co.
A special ‘Favourites’ page will allow users to select favourite works, keep tabs on them, easily manage their personal profile and look back at their bidding history.
In addition, the website has pre-defined searches that will enable it to give users advance warning if an item that interests them becomes available.
The new upgraded features of the website have streamlined bidding for the Strauss Online auctions and will generally make it easier for users to follow all live and online auction pre and post sale activity.
“We invite you to log on now and enjoy all the new features that the Strauss & Co website has to offer. More importantly, we urge you to become familiar with the website in time for the next Strauss Online auction which opens on 21 September at 8am and closes on 29 September at 8pm, ” says Meredith.
The next major Strauss & Co live auction will be held at the Vineyard Hotel in Cape Town on 12 October and at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg on 9 November this year.
