Amine El Gotaibi, born in Fès, Morocco, in 1983, is a prominent Moroccan contemporary artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans drawing, video, painting, installation, and mechanical engineering. His large-scale, immersive projects often examine themes of territory, geopolitics, and the universal dynamics of submission. El Gotaibi continues to create thought-provoking works that play with the tension between two contradicting philosophies or forms, such as nature and society. He poetically challenges our perception and inspires hope.
