Frank Malerba

Australian 1950- 

Frank Malerba is a St Kilda-based artist known for both his paintings and linear steel sculptures. As a director and owner of Jackman Gallery, he has played a pivotal role in the St Kilda art scene, showcasing both established and emerging artists since the gallery's inception in 1994.

With a background in graphic design and advertising, Malerba shifted his focus to fine arts over the past twenty years. Malerba has held numerous solo exhibitions in Melbourne and Sydney, showcasing his work at Jackman Gallery, Robin Gibson Gallery, Global Gallery, and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has participated in over twenty group shows, including the "Sculpture by the Sea" festivals, and received accolades such as the 2008 Contempora Public Choice Award.
