Rijks Wine is an award-winning family owned estate situated in the picturesque Tulbagh valley, specialising in Chenin Blanc and Pinotage. The farm produces unique older vintage wine from low yielding shale soils that has satisfied wine enthusiasts from around the world.
The Special Reserve selection comes from 15 of the finest barrels, seeking Elegance, finesse, complexity and concentration of fruit in a full- bodied style. The 2009 was a stand-out vintage at Rijks.
