Structurally the paintings are all in a very good condition. The paintings have either been painted on canvas (19) or screen-print on canvas (6) and have been inscribed with their titles and mediums on the reverse of each painting. The painting have been stretched over good stretchers with all 8 corner wedges present in each painting. Slight canvas deformation is visible in some of the corners of a few paintings and can be rectified by keying out the stretcher.
Paint and ground layer:
The paint layer and screen-print on all 25 painting are in a good condition with a few minor abrasions and small losses on the paintings mentioned below.
Varnish:
There does not appear to be a layer of varnish on any of the paintings.
Surface dirt:
A thin layer of dirt covers the surface of all 25 paintings.
