Dom Larue is a winery located in the village of Saint-Aubin in the Burgundy region of France. The winery was founded by Didier Larue in 1976 and is now run by his son, Denis Larue. Dom Larue produces a range of white wines made from the Chardonnay grape, including wines from the Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet appellations. The winery owns and cultivates vineyards in some of the most prestigious locations in Burgundy, including Les Perrières and Les Charmois in Saint-Aubin and Les Folatières in Puligny-Montrachet.
