François Raveneau Chablis 2016
‘93/100 Tim Atkin 2016’
'This has been part of the Raveneau range for almost a decade, as the debut vintage was 2007, the vines having been planted in 2002. It's more serious than the Petit Chablis, revealing a more restrained bouquet of preserved citrus, white flowers and apple, followed by an elegantly glossy palate with more salinity, cut and tension.' - William Kelley, Decanter.com, 90/100 (Oct 2017)
François Raveneau Chablis Blanchot
'The Blanchot is quite rich and gourmand this year, its bouquet of orange blossom, tangerine and preserved lemon introduce a textural, glossy palate with a lovely, sapid, layered palate impression buttressed by good acids. This doesn’t have quite the cut and tension found in the best vintages, but it’s a lovely wine.' - William Kelley, Decanter.com, 93/100 (Oct 2017)
