About this Item

1995 Rosé
1 (1 x 1) 750ml

Dom Pérignon is produced by Moët & Chandon - one of the largest Champagne producers in the world. The name Dom Pérignon comes from a 17th-century monk who developed various winemaking techniques which were used to enhance the quality of wines. Dom Pérignon Champagnes always consist of Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and one other grape variety. The Champagne is always a vintage as each bottle showcases the vintage’s unique characteristics.

Critics Ratings

'This is a full-blown, opulent, decadent wine that is packed with wonderful strawberry and ripe fruit flavors. It's at its peak now; it's a generous, delicious glass of wine that overflows with ripe flavors. ' - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, 94/100 (Nov 2006)

'The Dom Perignon Rose often does not perform well until around ten years of age, and the 1995 is revealing a bold, medium pink salmon color followed by broad berry notes intermixed with a smoky/earthy character. Rich, full-bodied, backward, and tannic, it should hit its peak in 2-3 years, and last for a decade thereafter.' - Robert Parker Jr, Wine Advocate, 95+/100 (Dec 2005)
