Critics Ratings
‘Upper Blaauwklippen Valley. Fine, fresh and intense nose. Mushroomy and interesting. As good as the Keermont white blend.’ - Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com, 17/20 (Jan 2015)
‘Gorgeous yellow apple, jasmine, lemon curd and white ginger notes race along, lined with a hint of bitter almond. Long and creamy through the finish, with the white ginger accent lingering. Flattering, with fine acidity well-buried throughout. Drink now through 2017.’ - James Molesworth, Wine Spectator, 92/100 (May 2015)
‘Ripe pineapple & passionfruit bounty to wild ferment on 2013 from 5 Stellenbosch blocks. As with 2012, broad, leesy & long, but with vibrant fresh acidity to cleanse.’ - Platter's SA Wine Guide 2015, 4*
‘Pale yellow. Musky aromas of pineapple, menthol, mint, fynbos and honey. Rich, tactile and smooth, showing refreshing minty lift to the stone fruit and spice flavors. Very rich, deep and long, but with a stony reserve calling for patience. Lightly dusty on the aftertaste.’ - Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, 91/100 (Apr 2015)
