‘The 2014 Old Vine Chenin Blanc was 50% barrel fermented in seventh or eighth used oak. It has a nicely defined nose with good presence, a little richer in style than the 2014 "Original" Chenin Blanc with touches of tarragon infusing the fruit. The palate is very well balanced with white peach and freshly sliced pear and lime on the entry, with very fine acidity and almost Chardonnay-like with a very poised and long finish.
