The Erotic Arts by Peter Webb (1975), London: Martin Secker and Warburg, edition limited to 126 copies, this copy number 74, gilt-tooled green morocco, in original green slipcase. Including one screenprint by Allen Jones and one etching by David Hockney, the prints attached with adhesive along left margin into the book.
