About the SessionJust how well do modern-era South African wines perform as they get older ? One of the most important measures of great wine is that it should be age-worthy, that is it should become more pleasurable and more interesting to drink with time in the bottle.

Critics Ratings
'The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, supple red cherry and wild strawberry fruit, mixed with mint and dried herbs towards the long and composed finish. Not the most complex Cabernet Sauvignon, but it's sheer drinkability is a virtue.' – Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, 90/100 (Nov 2015)
'Ripe and dense, but pleasantly rounded off, with red licorice and mocha notes melding into the plum and blackberry core. Roasted apple wood details assert themselves on the finish, giving this nice energy. Drink now through 2019.' – James Molesworth, Wine Spectator, 90/100 (May 2016)
