A Louis XVI/Transitional style marble-topped kingwood, parquetry and marquetry gilt-metal mounted commode, early 20th century
the rectangular serpentine mottled grey and cream marble top above three frieze drawers with a pair of conforming drawers below, inlaid with a marquetry panel of an urn, a basket of fruit and ribbons, with canted corners on cabriole legs with brass paw sabot feet, the marble top restored, small veneer loss, 86cm high, 117,5cm wide, 58,5cm deep
