Two Japanese ivory netsuke, 19th century
the first carved as a seated tiger with head turned to the left, incised with stripes, his tail curled under his chin, signed, 3,8cm; and another, carved with a pair of entwined tigers, their incised fur heightened with black staining, each with mother-of-pearl eyes, to an oval base, one mother-of-pearl eye missing, signed, 4cm
