rectangular, with detachable oval inkstand, ink wells and covers, painted with birds, summer flowers and pink-line borders, some fritting chips, pink-painted mark, 24,2cm wide; and an Italian pottery figure of a donkey, mid 20th century, green-glazed, modelled with a yellow saddle and embellished with three flowers, some chips, small area of the saddle missing, black-painted mark, 23cm high
