Critics Ratings
‘97 nudging (5*). Almost opaque purple with the blue edge. Right bananas and full, soft red/yellow plum aromas. Almost sweetish palate impression, with massive fill-ability. Even its youth soft, succulent, with hints of chocolate/vanilla. Long, sweet finish. As easy as it is to drink now, has tremendous potential for bottle development over 8 - 10 years and more.’ – Platter’s SA Wine Guide 1999, 5*
