the baluster body printed with two sprays of summerflowers and a pair of butterflies, raised on a spreading circular foot, the side applied with a scroll handle, chips, underglaze-blue crescent mark, 16,2cm high; and a Staffordshire blue and white transfer printed kidney-shaped dish, late 18th/early 19th century, the centre printed with a young boy astride a buffalo with two further figures in a rice field, a pagoda to the right, the rim with cell-diaper and butterfly border, chips, 24cm wide
