2007 - ‘Stately 2007 a touch less rich than 2006, but a thrilling glassful: brisk acidity, gentle oak tannin and ‘palm sugar’ sweetness. Huge complexity: white pepper and cinnamon, peach, honeycomb and apricot, silkily packaged for your pleasure now and for many years.
