Critics Ratings
'Winemaker's true expression of terroir, both barrel and site selected. Buttered almond cake, clementine and lemon blossom fragrance on natural ferment 14, 25% in new oak. Great depth, volume of fruit & oak flavours yet delicate and understated.' - Platter's SA Wine Guide 2016, 5*
'This is the first release of Seven Flags Chardonnay, taken from the oldest Chardonnay block on the farm. Wild yeast fermentation, partial malolactic, well integrated oak, minerality, texture and bright acidity: it’s a very promising début. Drink: 2015-21' - Tim Atkin SA Wine Report 2015, 94/100
