'The 1995 has a deep, green-tinged bouquet. The nose is lovely with almond, walnut and a touch of lanolin, underneath some granitic aromas with hints of toffee giving away its age. The palate is nicely balanced with a touch of spice on the entry. Good acidity, very vibrant with touches of orange peel and fresh ginger on the finish.
