Die langwerpige marmeblok waaruit dié beeld groei vorm ‘n paslike raamwerk om die portret van die jong meisie. Die danseres is baie aantreklik voorgestel terwyl sy ewe skugter en skaam haar kop effens draai en afkyk. Haar gelaatstrekke is fyn en mooi. Met die fyn beitelhale waarmee die tekstuur van haar teruggekamde hare aangedui word, lyk dit beslis asof sy blonde hare gehad het. Dié beeld tel beslis onder Eloff se mees geslaagde portretstudies.
