the dark wooden hilt applied with nine large silver bosses, the plain blade with slight curve, the scabbard applied with rows of silver beads, rope-twist bands and sections, the blade 21cm long; and a Berber Jambiya, circa 1900, the hilt with silver decoration to the front applied with a pair of mounted with pyramid-shaped scrollwork and engraved brass panel, the blade of typical shape, the scabbard similarly decorated and applied with pierced handles, with old repairs, the blade 21,7cm long
