A British Lee Metford bayonet, possibly a Boer War issue
the blade stamped with a crown above VR,11, '99, the obverse ricasso stamped EFD with a brad arrow above, various other inspection stamps, with scabbard, the shape of the scabbard stamped 89 over E, the bayonet's circular gun fitting has been ground down, the blade 30,5cm long; a vintage ACS Osborne & Co Newark NJ leather cutting tool, the unusual shaped blade stamped Made in USA, the wooden handle stamped with the South African Military mark of an upturned U with an arrow within, 5,4cm long; a small commemorative Boer War pen knife, Richards, Sheffield, one side depicting Kruger and de Wet, with blade and bottle opener, image colours faded, 7cm long closed; and an Underwood stereoscope and a collection of mainly World War I stereoviews, 131 cards, 60 of which are in Underwood book boxes, the remainder are loose, with 6 Boer War and 2 mining stereoviews
