Rüdger sources grapes from all over the Western Cape for the Kara-Tara project - which has received recognition from notable critics like Jancis Robinson and Tim Atkin. A special vineyard in the Overberg produces the very best fruit for these wines year after year. The Pinot Noir Reserve is a special bottling of only 2 barrels from this vineyard.

Oude Nektar is the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon offering from Stark-Condé, who are specialists in this varietal. From one of Stellenbosch's highest Cabernet vineyards; this single vineyard is situated at approximately 600m above sea-level. This elevation is combined with winds from the cooling southeaster and ±45min more sunlight than the Stellenbosch average, making a deeply complex wine with decades of ageing potential. Made in a minimalist style to let the vineyard shine. Regularly compared to first growth Pauillac. A fine addition to any serious cellar.
