Established in 2007 by the dynamic husband-and-wife team, Chris and Andrea Mullineux have, in a very short space of time, established Mullineux as one of South Africa’s most celebrated producers. Their track record speaks for itself: Awarded Wine Enthusiast’s International Winemaker of the Year in 2016, Tim Atkin’s SA Winemakers of the Year in 2017 and Five times Platter's Winery of the Year (2014, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2023).

These rare cuvées, made from small parcels of extreme vineyards, form the pinnacle of all the Mullineux wines. The 2018 GRANITE Syrah is particularly tight and austere, while the SCHIST Syrah has a wonderful balance of fruit, spice, and floral notes with a firm, full and fresh palate – a truly complete wine. The 2018 IRON Syrah has all the brooding intensity we have come to expect from these ancient soils. Its concentrated palate makes a massive impression with a firm backbone and structure leading to a fine, long finish. Included in this lot is a beautiful branded single bottle wooden box per bottle.
