The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from selected parcels around Stellenbosch and has a long track record for exceptional quality, styled to be drinkable on release but also to age gracefully. The 2019 vintage spent 19 months in French oak barrels and displays a lovely harmony of dark fruit, spicy oak, and balanced acidity.
