Notes
Judas Mahlangu, a South African graphic artist, received his certificate from the Rorkes Drift Art Centre where he studied from 1972 to 1974. In 1976, he and a number of fellow students from Rorkes Drift participated in the group exhibition Black/South Africa/Contemporary Graphics and Tapestries held at the Brooklyn Museum, NYC. He has shown at other exhibitions locally and abroad – Germany, Portugal, Israel – and is included in several corporate and private collections. He is a member of the Soweto Art Society (SAS) and produces mono- and polychromatic etchings.
