'This has evolved beautifully and it has retained the exceptional aromatic freshness, elegance and complexity that it displayed from barrel when I initially reviewed it. There is lovely mouth feel and a racy acid balance that serves to highlight the refined quality of the now mostly resolved tannins plus the remarkable detail of the flavors and finish.
