Etienne le Riche was one of the founder members of the Cape Winemakers Guild, an association of South Africa's finest wine makers since 1982, and the legendary winemaker at Rustenberg in the 80s. He started Le Riche Wines in 1996 with the aim to produce the finest possible Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. The Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a limited production of their very best and has since become a New World benchmark.
