the first, M Emanuel, Birmingham, 1928, the body decorated with double reeded bands, the rectangular cartouche engraved with the initials ‘C.R.H’, staining to the interior, 10cm wide, 130g; the second, John Henry Wynn, Birmingham, 1935, with engine-turned decoration, the rectangular cartouche engraved with the initials ‘M v.d. S’, dents, 8,5cm wide, 95g; the third, Charles S Green & Co Ltd, Birmingham, 1936, each side decorated with three panels, the central panel with a rectangular cartouche engraved with the initial ‘P’ and the date ’14.9.37’, dents, the interior stamped ‘TRADEMARK, SLIPWAY, PAT. No. 302’, 8,5cm wide, 125g; the fourth, Harman Brothers, Birmingham, 1936, with engine-turned decoration, the square cartouche engraved with initials, staining to the interior, 9cm wide, 190g
