Critics Ratings

‘Bright green-tinged straw. Enticing aromas of guava, green fig and gin are complicated by notes of underripe passion fruit and lime. Very clean and fresh in the mouth, offering lively flavours of floral white peach, lime rickey, pear and minerals. Finishes with outstanding clarity and cut thanks to vibrant harmonious acidity, with the white peach and mineral notes repeating on the very long finish. This outstanding white wine showcases a strong Semillon presence. Really great stuff here, with a very judicious use of oak that complements rather than dominates the fruit. This has a very bright future ahead of it.’ - Ian D’Agata, Vinous, 94/100 (Jul 2014)

‘Lots of deep greenish-gold depth. More energy than the 2010. Lively and round and pungent. A little sweetness but redeemed by the acidity and some greenness. Should make the most attractive old bones. Lots of freshness and depth at the same time. Long and lively.’ - Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com, 17/20 (Mar 2015)
