A pair of Japanese Satsuma vases, Meiji period, 1868-1912
baluster, each decorated with a continues scene of dwellings and trees before Mount Fuji, the sides applied with fan-shaped handles, the neck and shoulders with a brocaded and diaper pattern ground, gilt rim, raised on a circular spreading foot, two-character and mon mark in rectangular cartouche, old labels, 22cm high
