A Japanese Satsuma vase, early 20th century
hexagonal, decorated with a courtesan and her small attendant before a fenced cherry tree with blossoms and clouds, the reverse with a mountainscape and cherry blossoms, the shoulder with iron-red and gilt brocaded band, impressed signature, minor chip, 13,5cm high; a Japanese Satsuma vase, Meiji period, 1868-1912, the cylindrical body decorated with a continuous mountainscape of a battle between figures throwing boulders down a mountain and a horseman below, the rim with gilt Greek-key border, the base with a lappet band, signed in gilt,staining, 24,5cm high; and a Japanese Satsuma cloisonné and earthenware bowl, Meiji period, 1868-1912, the centre enamelled with sprays of chrysanthemums, the reverse with three cloisonné panels in shades of rust, dark blue and turquoise, enclosed by a grey ground highlighted with mon, 7cm high
