the baluster body enamelled to the front with a court scene, the reverse with Rakan,Arhats attended by three small boys, the sides with further scenes of maidens, attendants, small boys and court officials, all enclosed by shaped Greek-key panels against a brocaded ground, the shoulders applied with karashishi handles, everted rim, mon to the base and nine-character mark, 24,4cm high
