'Savoury, shy nose opens with olives and forest floor. Exposure to air reveals the inner perfume of red currants, lavender and tar. This wine fully deserves decanting and enjoying what it has to offer over the course of a few hours. It is light and elegant, while also holding lasting intensity and deep perfume.
