A Libochvice glassworks frosted 'Head' vase, designed by Adolf Matura, 1972, pattern number 3484
cylindrical, raised on a circular foot, moulded in relief with a double profile, minute scratches to the right of the neck, two minor bruises to the bottom of an eyelid within the frosted area, two minute abrasions the lower border, there is a minute concave area between the noses and what appears to be a firing hairline crack, 14,3cm high

This design was shown on the cover of Czechoslovak Glass Review in 1974 and on the inside back cover of an issue in 1979.
