Domaine de Montille is a Burgundy producer known for its Pinot Noir from highly regarded vineyards in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The family has an extensive history in Burgundy, and the estate has carried the de Montille name since 1863.
Pommard 1er Cru Les Pézerolles is one of the premier vineyard sites within the Pommard appellation, renowned for producing robust and structured Pinot Noir wines.

‘A cool, airy and still relatively restrained nose features notes of mostly red berry fruit, floral, spice and earth that reflect only subtle traces of secondary development. There is fine detail and a subtle minerality to the delicious, vibrant and nicely delineated middle weight flavors that offer very good depth and persistence. Like most 2007s, this is not an especially big wine but I like the fruit-acid interplay on the still somewhat linear finish.
