Clos Vernay is a specific vineyard within the Fleurie appellation. It is known for its unique terroir, characterized by granite soils, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wines. The vineyard is enclosed (hence "Clos"), which is relatively rare in Beaujolais, and provides a unique microclimate.
La Joie u Palais is a special cuvée that comes from select parcels within the Fleurie appellation, including some of the estate's best plots.

Stains the palate with sweet red fruit, lavender pastille and spicecake flavors that deepen and spread out steadily on the back half.
