I have been asked this question many times: “How are you going to market your wines in Afrikaans to countries like Sweden, the USA and Denmark who have never even heard the language, with names like DOM, HOUTSKOOL, GROEPSDRUK, FLUISTER, PROFESSORE, MEESTER, BLOM, OUSKOOL & SOETMUIS.”

The answer is straightforward. When you want to buy the absolute best bottle of wine in France, Spain, Germany or Italy, you will only see their language on the label. Any other language is almost an indication that it is not their absolute best, and how many people for example in the USA can speak French or German?

THAT IS WHY WE DO IT IN THE “HOLY” LANGUAGE, AFRIKAANS
