2018 - 2020 Charles Hopkins - De Grendel - Elim Shiraz Vertical
3 (1 x 3)

3 x 1.5 litre magnum bottles, comprising one bottle of each of the following vintages of De Grendel Elim Shiraz: 2018, 2019, 2020

Virgin land in Elim, with a unique and sought-after Rotundone characteristic of delicate black pepper, was sourced and allocated specifically for the production of Shiraz. A small volume of selected fruit was used. 30% was left as whole clusters, open fermented in stainless steel tanks. Matured for 13 months in second and third-fill French oak barrels.

Only bottled in 1.5 litre magnum bottles, this special trilogy of vintages has all been awarded the highly recognized Platter’s Guide 5-Star rating.

Each bottle is packed in a wooden box.
