A 1.5 litre bottle of Ashbourne Pinotage 2021
This wine, made from some of the first Pinotage plantings in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, is a true expression of terroir. Grown on ancient iron-rich and clay-rich Bokkeveld Shales, these vines are the ones that proved to winemaker Emul Ross that the combination of cool climate and marginal soils can produce world class wines from the Pinotage grape.
One of only 55 magnums bottled.
