Silverthorn The Green Man is a distinguished Blanc de Blancs, crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay. This exquisite Cap Classique is available in a limited edition of just 500 magnums across three vintages, each having matured for a minimum of 60 months on the lees.

The Chardonnay grapes are harvested from three venerable vineyards, aged between 27 and 33 years, rooted in ancient 400-million-year-old shale and limestone soils from the Devonian era. The unique terroir and the Chardonnay's inherent ageing potential combine to create a truly special tasting experience that is both rare and memorable.
