Rock of Eye by winemaker Coenie Snyman is a portfolio of investment-grade wines.

The Chenin Blanc is made from 100% Stellenbosch Old Vine grapes, fermented in 60% concrete and 20% new oak and the balance in older French oak. It is a refreshing and elegant wine with complex layers.

The Cinsault is made from 100% Stellenbosch grapes planted in 1992, matured in 40% concrete and 60% old French oak. It has a juicy finish with dry tannins, fruit, and spice.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Stellenbosch grapes (40% Simonsberg, 40% Polkadraai, and 20% Helderberg), fermented in open tanks and manually punched down and matured in French oak barrels of which 20% were new. Fruit in harmony with savoury notes, juicy tannin in harmony with firm structure deliver an infinitely drinkable wine.

Each wine highlights the distinctive character of their varietals and offer wine enthusiasts exceptional, age-worthy wines.
