Olivié Keck (b. 1989, Cape Town, South Africa) earned her BFA from Michaelis School of Fine Art at UCT in 2011. She has exhibited widely both locally and internationally since her first solo show, False Priest, at Commune1 in 2014. Notable solo exhibitions include Selfie Fulfilling Prophecy (2016) at David Krut Projects, Drop Dead Gorgeous (2019) at CIRCA Johannesburg, In Bloom (2020), Playing With Catastrophe (2021) at 131A Gallery, and Merci Pour Les Roses (2021) at Quand Les Fleurs Nous Sauvent in Paris.

Her work has been displayed in museum exhibitions at The Irma Stern Museum (2016) and Zeitz MOCAA (2019), and is part of the permanent collections at The Metropolitan Museum of Art Library, Spier Arts Trust, and The University of Cape Town. Keck has also participated in international art residencies, including at Kala Art Institute in Berkeley, USA (2016), Frans Masereel Centrum in Antwerp, Belgium (2017), and Residency Enschede in Holland (2022). In 2020, she created a work featured by CNN International focusing on contemporary artists.
