Winemaker: Reenen Borman
35% whole-bunch fermented and aged in concrete. 65% destemmed and aged in a single second-fill French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: A wine that delivers perfumed fruit aromatics and violets. The palate is slightly textured and elegant, with intense flavours of raspberry, black pepper and oriental spices. A wine that lingers.
Ready for drinking from 2026 to 2030.
