Inniskillin Ice Wine 2000:
‘Big mineral, nectarine, marmalade aromas with notes of vinyl, honey and mint. Ripe, round and balanced with good sugar and acidity balance. Ripe apple, apricot, marmalade flavours dominate with a fresh citrus, mineral finish. An elegant style with good acidity and definitely a star for Vidal.’ – Anthony Gismondi
