Wedged between the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains, situated on the beautiful Mont Fleur farm, is the boutique De Trafford winery. The Trafford family purchased the land in 1976 and a small vineyard was in place by 1983.

‘Bright ruby-red. Classic Cabernet scents of cassis, licorice and graphite minerality. Plush, fine-grained, rich and sweet, with concentrated, slightly high-toned black fruit, licorice and mineral flavors carrying beautifully on the ripely tannic, seamless, very long back end.
