'The 2013 5 Generations Cabernet Sauvignon, from vines planted in 1972, spent 18 months in new barrels. The nose is straight down the line blackberry and blueberry fruit that is nicely integrated with the oak - quite voluminous with distant scents of pine cone. The palate is medium bodied with juicy, saturated tannin, plenty of lush blackberry laced with cedar and graphite, leading to a sensual finish.
