The dry 2015 weather led to one of the healthiest seasons in years with very little loss. Warm weather resulted in earlier bud break and a warm, dry, windy summer regulated growth and accelerated ripening. The wines were above average in quality with exceptional analysis and flavour.
Grape Varietals: 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot & 3% Malbec.

Aristargos 2023 is a Swartland white blend of Chenin blanc (51%), Sémillon (11%), Colombar (10%), Roussanne (8%), Clairette blanche (6%), Marsanne (6%), Verdelho (4%), Viognier (2%) and Grenache blanc (2%).
Elpidios 2021 is a Swartland red blend of Grenache Noir (61%), Syrah (34%), Carignan (3%), Cinsaut (1%) and Pinotage (1%).
