Terre Paisible - Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc Collection (12 x 750ml)
Harvested from vines planted in 1987, these registered Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc wines are a unique expression of our terroir.

After whole bunch pressing and minimal settling the wines were fermented in stainless steel before racking to a 4000L foudre for maturation. Aged for nine months sur lee the expression is balanced, complex and unexpected. Winemaker Adam Mason has captured nuances from each vintage giving an opportunity to conjure a précis of both 2022 and 2023 in the Franschhoek Valley. Limited availability makes this an opportunity to experience a rare moment in our viticultural history.
